In addition to the checklist below, we will proactively communicate and report any breakages, unusual conditions, or other maintenance-related issues to the office/building manager. This ensures that any problems are addressed in a timely and organised manner. We will also monitor lighting throughout the premises, promptly replacing any non-working bulbs as needed or as permitted by office/building policies. Additionally, we will monitor stock levels and report to the manager as necessary.
