Our comprehensive employee training system ensures all staff are capable of carrying their tasks to the very highest standard. We train and monitor each new team member for at least a week to ensure that they can deliver service by meeting our stringent quality requirements.

Trained, police and reference checked

The security of commercial premises,  where Xlent Cleaning works, is crucial. Site security is always treated with the utmost care. Security plans for each site include developing tailored security plans in consultation with clients. Recruiting people with appropriate police clearances and who have references checked, and providing initial and continuous training is central to our operations. Our On-line Induction and Training program provides a valuable resource for staff for the general security for every site and we provide tailored security plans for the specific sites where staff are working.

Xlent Cleaning needs its clients to be assured that the security of their premises will not be compromised. Clients can view our staff details (police checks, reference checks and Online Induction and Training Completion Certificate) via its client portal ( subject to privacy) .

To increase employees’ performance, we have developed an incentive plan which monitors and records individual performance and rewards them accordingly on a monthly basis.
